Role Overview:

As a Junior Field Sales Executive, you will be the boots on the ground representative for M-Connect, visiting manufacturing plants, generating leads, running product demos, and closing deals for the company’s software and hardware solutions. This is an excellent opportunity to grow a career at the intersection of industrial technology and enterprise sales.

Key responsibilities:

Visit manufacturing companies and industrial customers.

Explain M-Connect solutions to prospective clients.

Generate new leads through field visits and references.

Support product demonstrations and customer meetings.

Follow up with customers for inquiries and meetings.

Maintain daily visit and meeting reports.

Coordinate with internal technical and sales teams.

Learn Industrial IoT, OEE, MES, and smart factory concepts.

Build professional relationships with customers.

Required Skills

Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
