Job Description: Senior Accounts Executive

Position Overview
We seek a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage financial reporting, compliance, and analysis for our pharma and real estate divisions. Oversee accounting operations, ensure GST/TDS adherence, and support budgeting/KPI tracking using Excel.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare monthly/quarterly financial statements, trial balances, and P&L; reports.
- Handle accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and vendor payments.
- Ensure compliance with Indian GAAP, GST, TDS, PF/ESIC filings, and audits.
- Track budgets, variances, and KPIs (e.g., cost per unit, cash flow) via Excel dashboards.
- Manage payroll processing, expense claims (TA/DA for field staff), and inventory valuation.
- Coordinate statutory audits, income tax returns,



and ROC filings.
- Support sales team incentives, sales tax, and pharma-specific rebates.
- Liaise with banks, CA firms, and internal teams for smooth operations.

Qualifications & Experience

- CA Inter / M.Com / Bcom with 5+ years in accounting (pharma/real estate preferred).
- Expertise in Tally ERP, MS Excel (advanced: VLOOKUP, PivotTables, dashboards), GSTN portal.
- Solid knowledge of Indian tax laws, Companies Act, and labour compliance.
- Proven track record in audits, budgeting, and team coordination.
