Role Overview

We are hiring a hands-on Social Media Executive (1-2 years) to execute day-to-day social media for our client brands and our own channels, working under the Social Media Manager. If you love creating content, jumping on trends, and growing accounts, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and schedule daily posts, reels, stories and carousels across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.

- Build and maintain content calendars and publish on time, every time.

- Write platform-native captions and hooks in each brand's voice.

- Design quick-turn creatives in Canva and edit short-form video (CapCut/Reels).

- Track trends, sounds and formats — and act on them fast.





- Engage the community by replying to comments and DMs.

- Pull basic weekly performance numbers (reach, engagement, growth) from Meta Insights.

Requirements

- 1-2 years of hands-on social media experience (agency, brand, or freelance with a portfolio).

- Comfort with Instagram and Meta Business Suite, Canva, and basic reels editing.

- Positive written English, a sharp eye for content and aesthetics, and reliability on deadlines.

Preferred Skills

- Scheduling tools (Buffer/Later), basic analytics, and beauty/fashion/D2C exposure.
