Responsibilities

- Handling daily accounting activities
- Billing and invoice preparation
- Managing customer enquiries and follow-ups
- Coordinating corporate gifting orders and client requirements
- Basic office administration and documentation
- Maintaining sales and payment records
- Coordinating with internal teams for smooth operations
- Assisting in customer handling and support




- Managing WhatsApp and phone enquiries professionally

Requirements

- Basic knowledge of accounting and billing
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
