Position: Social Media Management

-Job Summary:-

The Social Media Manager is responsible for planning, creating, and managing content across social media platforms to increase brand awareness, engage audiences, and drive business growth. This role involves developing social media strategies, monitoring performance, and staying updated with digital marketing trends.

- Key Responsibilities:





* Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals.

* Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms.

* Manage daily social media activities, including responding to comments and messages.

* Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences.

* Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns.

* Analyze campaign performance using social media analytics tools and prepare performance reports.

* Collaborate with the marketing, design, and sales teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.

* Build and maintain online communities to enhance customer engagement.

* Manage influencer partnerships and social media collaborations.

* Ensure all content follows brand guidelines and company policies.

-Required Qualifications:

* Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.

* Robust knowledge of major social media platforms and analytics tools.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Creativity, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.

* Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools is an advantage.
