JOB PROFILE:
1) Must have experience in welding technology.
2) Must have guided a group of Engineers in carrying out their duties & responsibilities.
3) Coordinate with quality, /maintenance, and other allied depts to facilitate a smooth flow of production resulting in meeting delivery targets prescribed by the management.
4) Must be able to monitor labour contractors.
5) Must be computer savvy.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
1) Overall control of production schedule, including contractors’ performances.
2) will report production performance daily to PD and hold shop floor meetings every day.
3) Can authorise local purchases upto value of Rs 500 beyond which seek approval from PD.
Experience :
BE Mech with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the heavy steel fabrication industry
