Job Title: Account Executive – Pharma Export (Onsite)

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Account Executive with prior experience in an export company (preferably pharma export). The candidate will handle international client accounts, export documentation, invoicing, and coordination with logistics and banking partners to ensure smooth export operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage overseas client accounts and maintain regular communication.
- Prepare export documents: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, COO, BL/AWB, etc.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders and CHA for smooth shipment.
- Handle LC documentation and bank coordination.
- Track payments and maintain receivable reports.




- Prepare export MIS and outstanding payment reports.
- Ensure compliance with export norms and documentation accuracy.
- Maintain organized records for audit and regulatory purposes.
- Coordinate internally with procurement and logistics teams.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Finance / Business Administration.
- 1–4 years of experience in Export Company (Pharma export preferred).
- Strong knowledge of export documentation & Incoterms (FOB, CIF, EXW).
- Understanding of GST, export billing, and banking procedures.
- Good command of MS Excel.
- Strong communication skills.
- Attention to detail and deadline-oriented.
