In-Line & End-of-Line Audits: Conduct random, section-wise inspections to check sewing quality, measurements, and workmanship as per the buyer's approved specification/tech pack.

Defect Identification: Stop production lines immediately when repetitive defects (e.g., missed stitches, incorrect seam allowances, shade variations) are found, and assist the floor supervisor in implementing corrective actions.

Trim & Accessory Verification: Check all raw materials in-house—such as zippers, buttons, care labels, and polybags—against the client’s trim card and approved samples before bulk production.

Sample Checking: Assist senior QA and production teams during Size Set reviews, Pre-Production (PP) meetings, and Pilot Runs.

Reporting & Documentation: Document daily inspection results (AQL standards), log defect rates (e.g., using the Traffic Light system), and prepare reports for the Quality Manager.

Final Inspection Support: Help Senior Quality Auditors and external buyer representatives execute Final Random Inspections (FRI) prior to garment packaging and shipment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
