Position Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced Tender Head who possesses extensive knowledge of Central Government procurement systems and has a proven track record in handling complex, high-value tenders.

The ideal candidate should have experience in managing end-to-end bidding processes for Central Government Ministries, Departments, Railways, PSUs, Autonomous Bodies, National Missions, and large institutional clients.

The candidate will lead the complete tender lifecycle—from opportunity identification to bid submission, coordination, compliance, negotiations, and post-award documentation.

- Identify high-value tender opportunities from:
- Central Government Ministries
- Government Departments
- Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs)
- Indian Railways
- GEM Portal
- CPP Portal
- NICSI
- State Government Portals
- Autonomous Bodies
- Smart City Missions
- Development Authorities
- International Funding Agencies
- Lead complete tender lifecycle management.
- Prepare Technical Bids, Financial Bids, EOIs, RFPs, RFQs, RFS, Expressions of Interest and Consultancy proposals.
- Prepare bid strategy for large Government service contracts.
- Coordinate with technical, finance, legal, HR and project teams for bid preparation.




- Review eligibility criteria and ensure complete compliance before submission.
- Handle consortium, JV and partnership documentation wherever applicable.
- Prepare costing models, commercial analysis and bid pricing.
- Manage GEM bidding and Reverse Auction participation.
- Coordinate with Government departments for pre-bid meetings, clarifications and presentations.
- Maintain bid pipeline, tender MIS, submission calendars and documentation.
- Develop strategic business opportunities with Ministries, PSUs, Railways and Government agencies.
- Guide and mentor the Tender Team to improve submission quality and win ratio.

- Extensive experience in Central Government procurement
- Proven success in high-value service-sector tenders
- Experience in handling multiple bids simultaneously
- Strong understanding of Government contracting procedures
