Job description

· Close coordination with all sales hubs to generate Forecast list.

· Prepare monthly plan & further bifurcation to weekly & daily.

· Study & evaluate the hall-wise production capacities.

· Study & evaluate the downtime.

· Prepare all required reports & convert into soft copies.

· Planning the end to end production process.

· Planning and executing measures to lower the wastage.

· Maintain a daily report of the production unit.

· Educate the workers (if required) to carry on their tasks properly.

· Assign workers and other staff to particular production operations.

· Maintain hygiene in all the production units.

· Coordinate production workflow for one or multiple products.

· Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.

· Determine manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand.

· Establish & continue MRP (Material Required Plan).

· Schedule shift according to production needs.

· Monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time and within budget.





· Address issues when they arise, aiming for minimum disruption.

· Obtain output information (number of finished products, percentage of defectives, etc.).

· Prepare and submit status and performance reports.

· Keep paperwork organized.

· Collaborate with quality control, warehouse, and other staff.

Requirements:

· Good at documentation.

· Experience in MRP II (Manufacturing Resource Planning).

· Working knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems.

· Good at math and statistics.

· Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent communication abilities.

· Ability to convert forecast to monthly production plan & further bifurcating it to weekly & daily plan.
