- 3-4 years of advertising agency/design studio experience.
- Strong experience in handling massive deliverables within tight deadlines.
- Ability to ideate and execute master creatives independently.
- Expertise in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma.
- Experience in digital, social media, and integrated campaign executions.
- Knowledge of AI tools like Midjourney, Firefly, ChatGPT, etc.
- Valuable client handling, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to guide junior designers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong conceptual thinking with a high-quality portfolio.
- Must have a high-end PC/Laptop.
- Availability to work Monday to Saturday.
