Idea Media (A Division of Easy Cook) is looking for enthusiastic and confident Part-Time Telecallers to connect with prospective customers, explain our services, and schedule follow-ups. This role offers flexible working hours, making it ideal for students, freshers, and individuals seeking part time opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain company services and generate leads.
- Follow up with interested clients.
- Maintain call records and customer information.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Malayalam (English is an added advantage).
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and good interpersonal skills.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Job Type: Part-Time
Work Schedule: Flexible (3–4 hours per day)
