he HR and Payroll Compliance role is a strategic position responsible for managing end-to-end salary processing while ensuring adherence to labor laws and statutory regulations (e.g., PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, and Gratuity). This includes auditing payroll data, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining secure employee.
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Oversee the end-to-end hiring process, including drafting job descriptions, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and facilitating new hire orientation.
- Employee Relations: Serve as the first point of contact for staff inquiries, mediate workplace disputes, and handle performance, grievance, or disciplinary issues.
- Compliance & Policy Implementation: Ensure company practices adhere to labor regulations, maintain employee handbooks, and conduct periodic internal audits.
- Compensation & Benefits: Assist with payroll processing, health benefits administration, and open enrollment periods.
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
