- Lead the planning and execution of development tasks to ensure timely delivery of software components.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align software development with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development.
- Strong expertise in designing data models and developing data warehousing solutions using SAP BW/4HANA.
- Experience in optimizing data flows and enhancing system performance within SAP environments.
- Ability to work with complex data structures and integrate data from multiple sources.
- Familiarity with agile software development practices and tools to support iterative delivery.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to data modeling and development.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
