Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare and record journal entries, vouchers, and ledger reconciliations.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Prepare GST workings and assist with GST return filing.
- Process TDS deductions and assist with TDS return filing.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and accounting documentation.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and statutory authorities during audits and compliance activities.
- Generate MIS reports and financial reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and statutory regulations.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Hands-on experience with Tally ERP/Tally Prime or other accounting software.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS,



and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas).
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Robust attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
- M.Com or relevant accounting certifications will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 2–5 years of relevant experience as an Accounts Executive.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period preferred.
- Candidates residing in Navi Mumbai will be given preference.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
