We are looking for experienced and mature women to join us as Centre Head with good experience in managing operations from education / retail / healthcare domains. Experienced team managers who have handled customer facing roles from other industries are also welcome to apply.

Designation : Centre Head

CTC : upto 50K - 75K per month

Qualification : Bachelors / Master’s degree / Degree in Early Childhood Education

Experience : 5-10 years managing similar set up

Location : Bengaluru (Rayan Yelahanka, Sarjapur (Saket Callipolis), HRBR Layout)

Working Days : Monday to Saturday

- Excellent inter personal skills to handle parents and internal team. High level of customer orientation.
- Should be able to handle walk ins and convert to admissions
- High sense of ownership and responsibility.
- Problem solving ability and MUST be a team player
- Possess working knowledge in Early Childhood Education
- Must be Tech friendly, needs to know MS Office with a flair for numbers

Main Responsibilities

- Admissions & Marketing: Drive admissions, handle inquiries, give school tours,



and conduct follow-ups to achieve targets.
- Operations & Safety: Oversee daily functioning, maintain safety protocols, ensure high hygiene standards, and manage administrative records.
- Curriculum & Academics: Supervise the delivery of the curriculum, ensure quality education, and ensure staff follow lesson plans.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide teachers and support staff, handle staff scheduling, and conduct training sessions.
- Parent Management: Serve as the point of contact for parents, handle inquiries and complaints, and ensure high satisfaction.
- Financial Management: Oversee the Profit & Loss (P&L;) of the center, control costs, and ensure fee collection.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
