Job Summary:

The Junior Accountant will assist with day-to-day accounting tasks including data entry, invoicing, bookkeeping, and supporting the preparation of financial reports. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in accounting principles who is looking to grow within a manufacturing and engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate records of day-to-day financial transactions.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing and follow-ups.
- Record journal entries, reconcile bank statements, and assist with monthly closing.
- Prepare and manage GST returns, TDS entries, and other statutory compliance tasks.
- Support the senior accountant in preparing financial reports and documentation.
- Maintain stock and inventory records from an accounting perspective.




- Coordinate with internal departments and vendors for billing and payment-related queries.
- Assist in internal audits and maintain proper filing of financial documents.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setup.
- Knowledge of accounting software such as Tally ERP9 or Tally Prime (preferred).
- Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and other tax regulations.
- Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹9,781.08 - ₹23,240.62 per month
