- Has accountability for the performance and results of multiple related units.
- Controls resources and policy formation in area of responsibility.
- Decisions are guided by resource availability and functional objectives.
- Manages large teams of professionals and/or junior managers; may also provide leadership to supervisors.
- Identifies applications of functional knowledge and existing methodologies to complex problems.
- Applied research based on scientific methods, e.g. for quality improvement, process optimization, current products or business areas.

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

- Masters/Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics /Microelectronics / Mechanical / Materials) with 10 years of experience in semiconductor related industry.
- Experience in leading a team of professional engineers and managers(>20 peoples).
- People Management.
- Ability to anticipate issues and challenges and resolving then quickly.
- Analytical and problem solving skills.
