1. Understanding construction/ technical drawings

2. Estimating/ verifying of quantities

3. Preparing project schedule, weekly reports and client communication documents. Should have experience in project management.

4. Planning work (for activities, men and material)

5. Guiding and supervising at site, work such as carpentry, false ceiling, electrical wiring/ fitting, HVAC works, plumbing, paneling, minor civil work such as flooring, waterproofing, POP, painting etc

6. Should ensure site measurements are taken accurately by different teams at site such as carpentry, civil, gypsum etc.

7. Should ensure work is done in accordance with the drawings

8. Liaising with client-s representatives, attending periodic reviews, communicating (written/ verbal)

9. Ensuring documentation as per laid down procedures

Preparing and sending weekly progress report to clients.

11. Monitoring interior execution work at multiple sites on daily or bi-weekly basis

12. Collection of samples from various vendors whenever required

13. Procurement of finishes and fixtures from local suppliers whenever required

14. Co-ordination with the office team and informing them of the project status on a daily basis

Job Type: Full time

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
