About the Role

Sentosa Developers is looking for a skilled Quantity Surveyor with experience in residential high-rise and Mivan construction projects. The ideal candidate should have expertise in quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, estimation, billing, cost control, and contractor coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare quantity take-offs from architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Prepare and maintain BOQs (Bills of Quantities).
- Verify quantities executed at site and maintain measurement records.
- Prepare contractor RA Bills and verify subcontractor bills.
- Perform rate analysis and prepare cost estimates.
- Monitor project budgets and control project costs.
- Prepare material reconciliation statements.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Purchase, Planning, and Accounts teams.
- Evaluate vendor and subcontractor quotations.
- Assist in tender preparation and contract documentation.
- Track quantity variations and prepare variation statements.
- Prepare cost reports, billing reports, and MIS for management.
- Ensure all billing and estimation activities comply with project specifications and company standards.

Required Skills





- Solid knowledge of quantity surveying, estimation, and billing.
- Experience in residential high-rise and Mivan construction is mandatory.
- Proficiency in BOQ preparation, rate analysis, and quantity estimation.
- Knowledge of contractor billing (RA Bills) and material reconciliation.
- Ability to interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
- ERP software knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.

Preferred Candidate

- 3–4 years of experience in the real estate or construction industry.
- Experience in residential high-rise projects is mandatory.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
