Job Description: We have an immediate opening for Testing Strategist to join our growing team. You will be responsible for making the product Stable, Reliable, and Production Grade for the BFSI setting. We are looking for people who are committed, flexible, and with the right attitude to be part of an innovative organization

Role & Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for designing and developing a Testing Strategy, planning to execute the strategy, and getting the measurable outcome from the testing team.

Competencies:
Good understanding of BFSI environment, Product assessment parameters in addition to functional aspects. Good hands-on experience in defining Testing Strategy and execution plans. Should be able to guide the team to write scenarios, test cases. Ensure code quality, code coverage of the developed code. Excellent understanding of various certifications required like PCI DSS, in VAPT space, etc.

Key Skills:
Hands-on Testing Tools in Agile Methodology. Ability to face customers in governance calls, ability to fill in Security Questionnaires.
