Role Summary
Responsible for configuration and support of Cerner Scheduling and Registration modules, ensuring efficient patient access workflows and smooth front-end operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support and configuration for Cerner Scheduling workflows
- Support Registration configuration, including appointment-linked registration processes
- Troubleshoot scheduling and registration-related issues impacting Patient Access
- Collaborate with Patient Access, clinical, and downstream teams
- Perform testing, validation, and documentation for configuration changes
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Cerner Scheduling configuration and support
- Working knowledge of Cerner Registration configuration
Valuable to Have
- Experience with peripheral Patient Access tools (e.g., kiosks, arrival tracking, referral or SMS tools)
Experience
- EL 3 | Typically 5–8 years of Cerner Scheduling/Patient Access experience
