Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Support Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, providing information about products and services, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow company policies, processes, and quality standards.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when required.
- Meet individual and team performance targets.
- Ensure a positive customer experience at all times.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum qualification:



12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
