Job Description

We are looking for a U.S. Accounting Executive with 6 months to 1 year of experience in foreign/U.S. accounting to join our team in Mohali. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of bookkeeping and accounting processes and be willing to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities.
- Perform Bank Reconciliations.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Record financial transactions accurately.
- Assist in month-end closing activities.
- Prepare financial reports as required.
- Work on QuickBooks and/or Xero accounting software.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.

Requirements





- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field (B.Com/M.Com/MBA Finance preferred).
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in U.S./Foreign Accounting.
- Working knowledge of QuickBooks .
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
