Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Officer with experience in the Beverage/FMCG industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, expanding market presence, managing distributors, and building strong customer relationships to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets in the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers.
- Appoint new distributors and expand market coverage.
- Ensure product availability and visibility across assigned markets.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Conduct regular market visits and generate current business opportunities.
- Implement sales and promotional activities to increase product sales.
- Ensure timely collection of payments from distributors and customers.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and product supply.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in Sales, preferably in the Beverage or FMCG industry.
- Strong knowledge of distributor management and channel sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.

Preferred Industry

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
