Role Overview

Corefactors is looking for a Business Development Executive who understands how CRM systems influence sales efficiency and revenue growth. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, engaging prospects, and contributing directly to revenue growth.

This role requires strong prospecting skills, a consultative sales mindset, and a deep understanding of CRM workflows.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through inbound and outbound channels.
- Conduct product demonstrations and discovery calls with prospects.
- Build and maintain ahealthy sales pipeline in the CRM system.
- Execute outbound strategies including LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns,and cold calling.
- Collaborate with marketing for lead qualification and campaign follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate data and activity tracking in CRM.
- Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Participate in industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities to generate leads.




- Ready to travel for client meetings

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1–2 years of experience in Business Development / Sales in SaaS or CRM domain.
- Strong understanding of CRM platforms, sales pipelines, and lead management processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to conductconsultative selling and business discovery.
- Familiarity with .
- Self-driven with strong ownership and accountability.LinkedIn prospecting, cold outreach, and email engagement.

Preferred Skills

- Experience selling CRM, and SaaS
- Exposure to B2B sales cycles and enterprise prospecting.
- Understanding of sales automation and marketing automation tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
