About the Internship

We're offering a outstanding opportunity for freshers and students to gain hands-on experience in business development and lead generation. As a BDE Intern, you will learn how to identify, connect with, and qualify potential leads primarily through LinkedIn, gaining real-world sales and outreach experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in generating leads through LinkedIn (connection requests, InMail, outreach messages)
- Research and identify potential prospects/companies based on target criteria
- Support the sales team in maintaining and updating the lead database/CRM
- Learn to draft effective outreach messages and follow-up sequences
- Track and report daily/weekly lead generation activity
- Coordinate with senior BDEs to schedule calls/meetings with qualified leads

Requirements





- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Basic understanding of LinkedIn and social media platforms
- Robust communication skills (written and verbal)
- Eagerness to learn sales and business development skills
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven attitude
- Prior internship/project experience in sales or marketing is a plus (not mandatory)
- Must have your own laptop (mandatory)
