Are you a data-driven marketer who talks in ROAS, conversion funnels, and high-converting hooks? Do you know how to lead a creative team and scale brands to the next level?

If yes, The One Branding is looking for you! We are expanding our team and hunting for a brilliant Digital Marketing Manager to lead end-to-end strategies for our premium portfolio of clients.

What You Will Do (Key Roles):

- Performance Marketing: Set up, optimize, and scale high-ROI paid campaigns across Meta Ads (FB & Insta) and Google Ads.
- Strategy & Funnels: Brainstorm and execute monthly marketing calendars, content strategies, and growth funnels for diverse niches (Real Estate, Retail, D2C, etc.).
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor our internal creative team (Graphic Designers, Content Writers, Interns) to ensure flawless and timely execution.
- Data & Analytics: Track daily metrics using Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite, generating insightful reports to optimize client results.
- Client Management: Act as the strategic bridge between clients and the execution team,



managing onboarding and milestone reviews.

What We Look For:

- Proven experience running successful lead generation and brand awareness campaigns (Portfolio/Case studies required).
- Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Pixel tracking, and conversion optimization.
- Strong team-handling and project management skills (Experience with tools like Notion is a plus).
- Excellent communication skills to handle client meetings and review marketing copies.
