GurgaonLast date of submissionRole Purpose (overall high level summary of the role)Sales Planning Operation consists of a set of management and analytic processes, supported by technology, that enable businesses to define strategic goals and then measure and manage performance against those goals.

Key Responsibility Areas:
Own dashboards that help operators and senior leadership run their teams
Create and maintain daily operational scorecards to track and report on KPIs; assist in volume forecast and capacity planning as needed
Report on operational metrics, conduct data and business analysis, and present summary of findings to management in a explicit, concise, convincing, and actionable format
Provide visibility to the management on the target Managing daily/weekly/monthly dashboard and publishing.
Manage requests on various adhoc reports

Key Competencies:




In accordance with company guidelines, manage feedback from Sales team and stakeholders.
Good verbal written communication; will be a connecting stakeholder in the US
Keeping an Eye on such varied role with complete understanding of the business.

Desired qualifications and experience:
Any Graduation
4-5 years of experience in business planning, analytics and managing operations for retail business.
Deep understanding of MIS, branch operations, service provider management, contest designing.
Ability to maintain focus while working with voluminous data
Understanding of data, data analytics process.

Eligible Criteria:
Candidates who have a performance rating of G2V2 have completed 12 months in the current role
Candidates who have a performance rating of G3V3 have completed 18 months in the current role

FOR LATERAL MOVEMENT, candidate should have completed at least 12 months in the current role have a minimum performance rating of G3V3
