Foster strong relationships with customers to ensure loyalty and retention
Address customer complaints , queries and feedback in a timely and professional manner
Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues and meeting their needs
Proactively identify potential issues and resolve them before they escalate
work with sales , marketing and product teams to ensure customer needs are meet.
Educational Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Any Bachelor's degree
- Experience: 1–3 years of prior working experience in similar role, in an automotive dealership, ideally managing commercial or passenger transport vehicles.
- Languages: Complete fluency in Tamil and English to manage local client relations effectively.
Job Type: Full time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
