We are looking for a motivated ,experienced and enthusiastic Telecaller to contact potential and existing customers, explain products/services, generate leads, and maintain customer relationships. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain company products and services clearly.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and maintain records.
- Handle customer objections and resolve basic queries.
- Achieve monthly calling targets.
- Update customer information in CRM/software.
- Maintain professional communication and customer satisfaction.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
