We are hiring a dynamic and result-oriented Team Leader – Car Sales to join our team.

Position: Team Leader – Automobile Sales

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the car sales team to achieve targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Monitor team performance and provide guidance/training
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and relationship management
- Handle escalations and support closing high-value deals

Requirements:

- Any graduate.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Sales Marketing.
- Prior experience in a team handling or leadership role.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-driven with leadership qualities.
- Valuable knowledge of automobile products and market trends.
- 4Wheeler driving and driving license.

Salary: 20000.00-30000.00 + Incentives
