Job Title: Duty Doctor (MBBS)
Location: Krishna Hospital, Cuddalore
Experience: Fresher / 0–3 years ( Preferred)
Employment Type: Full-time (Shift-based)

About the Role

We are looking for responsible and committed Duty Doctors to manage day-to-day patient care in wards, ICU, and emergency settings. The role involves clinical assessment, immediate management, coordination with consultants, and ensuring continuity of care.

Key Responsibilities

- Assess and examine patients in OP, IP, ICU, and Emergency
- Provide immediate medical care and stabilize patients when required
- Initiate treatment as per clinical protocols and consultant guidance
- Monitor patient progress and update case sheets regularly
- Respond to emergencies and attend all critical calls promptly
- Assist consultants during rounds and procedures
- Ensure accurate documentation of clinical findings and treatment
- Coordinate with nursing staff and other departments for patient care
- Follow infection control and hospital protocols strictly
- Handle medico-legal cases as per guidelines

Work Schedule





- Rotational shifts (Morning / Evening / Night)
- Weekly off on rotation
- Availability for emergency duties

Qualification

- MBBS (Mandatory)
- Valid State Medical Council Registration

Preferred

- Internship completed in a multi-speciality hospital
- Exposure to ICU / Emergency care
