Tender Executive – Government Procurement & e-Tendering

ROLE SUMMARY

The Tender Executive will be responsible for end-to-end management of government tenders across multiple procurement platforms including GeM (Government e-Marketplace), Central Public Procurement Portal (CPPP), and various State e‑Procurement portals. The role includes identifying opportunities, preparing bid documentation, submitting tenders, participating in reverse auctions, coordinating internal compliance, and ensuring successful participation in government procurement processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Tender opportunity monitoring across GeM, CPPP, state e‑procurement portals and PSU portals.

Maintaining a tender prospect pipeline and tracker.

Preparing complete tender documentation including technical and commercial bids.

Managing Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) based tender submissions.

Uploading and submitting bids across procurement portals before deadlines.

Participating in reverse auctions and online competitive bidding processes.

Managing GeM portal catalog listings and bid participation (preferred expertise).





Maintaining documentation records of submitted tenders and acknowledgements.

Coordinating with internal teams for compliance documents and technical specifications.

Supporting order processing after tender award and tracking order execution.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & PROFILE

Minimum 2+ years of experience in government tender management.

Hands-on experience working with GeM, CPPP, and State e‑Procurement portals.

Experience preparing and submitting technical and commercial tender bids.

Ability to manage multiple tender deadlines simultaneously.

Understanding of government procurement documentation and compliance.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

Experience managing product catalogs and bidding on GeM.

Exposure to technology, drone, defence, or industrial equipment sectors.

Familiarity with PSU procurement systems and institutional tenders.

KEY SKILLS

Experience with e‑procurement portals
