Roles & Responsibilities:

A proactive and experienced Electrical Supervisor with expertise in execution and supervision of Electrical EPC projects, particularly Substation and Transmission Line projects (11kV to 220kV and above). The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day site activities, ensuring quality and safety compliance, coordinating manpower and resources, and supporting timely completion of project work.

Key Result Areas:-

- Supervise daily site execution activities.
- Monitor manpower deployment and productivity.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with Planning, QA/QC, and Stores departments.
- Maintain site progress reports and documentation.
- Ensure adherence to safety procedures and quality standards.
- Monitor material consumption and report shortages.
- Support testing and commissioning activities.

Educational Qualification:

Diploma / ITI / B.E. in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

Required Skills:





- Knowledge of Transmission Line and Substation execution activities.
- Ability to read electrical drawings and layouts.
- Understanding of safety procedures and quality standards.
- Manpower handling and team coordination skills.
- Material monitoring and reporting.
- Knowledge of testing and commissioning activities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and report preparation.

Work Experience:

2–5 years of experience in Transmission Line and Substation projects (11kV to 220kV and above).

Salary:

As per Company Standards / Negotiable and no bar for right talent.
