Job Title: HR Recruiter

Salary: ₹4,00,000 – ₹5,50,000 per annum

Our client is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join their HR team at Wagle Estate, Thane office. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in recruitment along with exposure to core HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding.
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Coordinate joining formalities and conduct employee induction programs.
- Support HR operations, including employee documentation and statutory compliance (PF & ESIC).
- Maintain accurate employee records and update the HRMS.
- Prepare HR reports and provide HR data support as required.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations.

Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
