Job Title: Counter Sales Executive
Location: Dehradun, Uttarakhand

Shift Timings: 10.00 AM to 06.00 PM & 6.00 PM to 02.00 AM

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month
Experience required: 1 Year–2 years
Shift: Rotational shifts (Morning & Evening), including weekends and holidays as per store requirements

Job Description:

We are looking for a friendly and energetic Counter Sales Executive to join our Baskin Robbins outlet. The candidate will be responsible for handling customers, taking orders, and ensuring a pleasant customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers at the counter
- Take customer orders and serve ice cream products
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Handle billing, cash, and digital payments
- Ensure proper stock display and refill when required
- Follow company guidelines and SOPs

Requirements:

- Positive communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of billing/POS systems (preferred)
- Presentable appearance and positive attitude
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts (morning & evening)

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
