We are looking for an experienced and visionary Principal to lead a Cambridge International (CAIE) school in Coimbatore. The candidate will be responsible for providing academic and administrative leadership, ensuring the effective implementation of the Cambridge curriculum, and fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the academic and overall operations of the school.
- Oversee the implementation of the CAIE curriculum and assessment processes.
- Support, mentor, and develop teachers and staff.
- Ensure high standards of teaching, learning, and student achievement.
- Maintain solid relationships with students, parents, and the wider community.
- Ensure compliance with Cambridge standards and school policies.
- Drive school improvement initiatives and promote a positive school culture.

Requirements:

- Master’s degree in Education or a relevant field; B.Ed. preferred.
- Strong experience in Cambridge/CAIE schools.
- Previous experience in a senior leadership or Principal role.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
