Roles & Responsibilities

- Coordinate with farmers, dealers, and mandi traders
- Conduct village & field surveys
- Support farmer onboarding and TAC services
- Collect agriculture market and crop data
- Assist in mandi operations & field activities
- Prepare daily reports and field updates
- Coordinate TAC campaigns, meetings, and awareness programs
- Help in soil testing sample collection & farmer communication
- Maintain records using Excel/Google Sheets

Requirements

- BSc Agriculture / Diploma Agriculture / Any Graduate
- Valuable communication skills
- Comfortable with field work & rural travel
- Basic smartphone & Excel knowledge
- Passion for agriculture and rural development
