We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Tender Executive to manage the complete tendering process. The candidate will be responsible for identifying government and private tenders, preparing documentation, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring timely submission of bids.
Key Responsibilities
- Search and identify relevant tenders through GEM, CPP Portal, E-Procurement portals, and other online tender platforms.
- Analyze tender documents, eligibility criteria, and technical requirements.
- Prepare and submit technical and commercial bid documents within deadlines.
- Coordinate with internal departments to collect required documents and information.
- Maintain records of submitted tenders, bid status, and documentation.
- Handle online tender submissions and ensure compliance with tender guidelines.
- Prepare EMD, BG, affidavits, declarations, and other supporting documents.
- Follow up with clients regarding tender status, clarifications,
and award notifications.
- Maintain updated company registrations, certifications, and vendor documents.
- Ensure all tender submissions are accurate and compliant with client requirements.
- Experience in Government and Private Tendering.
- Knowledge of procurement processes and documentation.
- Familiarity with digital signatures (DSC) and online bid submission.
