Qualifications & Experience

Diploma in Civil Engineering with 2 – 10 Years of Experience in developing Layout Projects for Residential and Commercial Properties.

Job Location: Chennai

Job Description:

Ø Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities.

Ø Plan, organise, and manage resources required for execution

Ø Prepare initial Site Survey and properly set out Layouts by interpreting drawings.

Ø Ensure proper boundary points and ground levels are fixed.

Ø Ensure layouts are fixed based on Technical drawings, survey drawings including Topo drawings.

Ø Valuable in understanding of AutoCAD drawings, survey points, GPS and structural drawing interpretation.

Ø Verify and maintain material receipt, consumption and stock.

Ø Coordinate with Contractors, Architects, vendors / suppliers for smooth execution.

Ø Ensure safety at site.

Ø Ensure projects are completed on time and within budgets.

Ø Prepare and forward Contractor billings for Payments.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Education:

- Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

- Layout Development: 1 year (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 100% (Preferred)
