- Opinion on applicability of withholding tax on foreign payments.
- Issuance of certificate in Form 15CB for foreign payments.
- Preparing and filing Transfer Pricing Report in Form 3CEB.
- Preparing and filing forms w.r.t CBCR
- Preparing and filing reply appeal before AO, CIT(A) & ITAT w.rt international taxation & TP related matters.
- Incorporation of I-LP/Pvt. Ltd/Ltd. company.
- Annual e-filing with ROC including XBRL filings
- Preparing and filing various event-based e-forms with ROC.
- Preparing and filing various regular & event-based e-forms with RBI
- Ensuring the organisation is compliant with current legislation and best practices.
- Knowledgeably resolving client queries and issues i.e. Int. Tax, TP, FEMA & ROC Advisory in good time,
