Job Title

- UI/UX Designer

As digital experiences become a standard part of almost every industry, great user experience design is crucial to success. ATEES Global is looking for a qualified UX designer to help us implement the best possible designs and interfaces for our customers. The qualified candidate will be capable of confidently applying their UX design skills to shape digital environments for the largest possible user base. This individual will also demonstrate a significant degree of drive, creativity, and understanding of our brand with a positive, proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

- Ideate on current and unique UX concepts.
- Identify business and technical requirements.
- Perform market research, including user interviews and competitor analysis.
- Create design wireframes and prototypes.
- Design and present UX demonstrations to stakeholders.




- Hand off designs to developers for implementation.

Requirements

- Deep familiarity with agile software development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 1+ year of relevant working experience in UI UX designing.
- Comprehensive fluency with component libraries.
- Keen understanding of design software such as Storybook, Sketch, and InDesign.
- Comfortability with at least one programming language such as HTML, CSS, or JavaScript.
- Willingness to iterate work output based on feedback.
- Significant experience with UX writing or design.
