Store Officer

Key Responsibilities

- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery challans
- Handle material inward and outward operations efficiently
- Issue materials to production based on approved requisitions
- Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment requests to avoid shortages.
- Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile inventory discrepancies Maintain proper storage, identification, and preservation of materials
- Identify obsolete, damaged, or slow-moving inventory and report to management

- Regularly conduct physical stock checks and reconcile with system records

Skills required

- Knowledge of inventory management and store operations.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
- Robust organizational and documentation skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
