Role Description

The Mechanical Engineer will serve as a critical part of our customer support team, blending technical expertise with outstanding customer service skills.

Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing industry would be preferred.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a technical/mechanical field.
- Freshers may apply.
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and offering product or service information via phone, email, or chat.




- Manage and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner, especially those that require technical expertise.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service requests, and transactions in our system.
- Collaborate with other departments, including Production and Sales teams, to resolve customer concerns and improve service delivery.
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and actively contribute to process improvements.
- Assist customers with product or service inquiries, troubleshooting, and problem resolution, particularly with technical aspects.
- Track and report on customer feedback to improve overall service quality.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
