Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter with experience in hiring for the jewellery industry. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes for positions across manufacturing units, corporate offices, and design teams. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, industry understanding, and the ability to attract skilled talent such as artisans, designers, and sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition

- Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Hire for roles such as:
- Jewellery Designers (CAD, manual)
- Karigars / Artisans
- Retail Sales Executives / Store Managers
- Merchandisers
- Quality Checkers (QC)
- Corporate roles (HR, finance, operations)
- Use job portals, social media, referrals, and industry networks to source candidates.

2. Industry-Specific Hiring

- Develop sourcing strategies for niche roles (e.g., goldsmiths, diamond graders).
- Build database of skilled labour (karigars) and contract workforce.
- Understand jewellery manufacturing processes and job roles to assess candidates effectively.





3. Stakeholder Management

- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and provide regular hiring updates.
- Ensure timely closure of positions.

4. Candidate Management

- Conduct initial HR screening and shortlist relevant candidates.
- Maintain candidate engagement and ensure positive candidate experience.
- Handle salary discussion and negotiation.

5. Onboarding & Documentation

- Coordinate joining formalities and documentation.
- Ensure smooth onboarding for new employees.
- Maintain recruitment MIS and reports.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Negotiation and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficiency in job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines
- Valuable networking in jewellery hubs is a plus

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s / master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- HR certifications (optional but preferred)

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
