We are hiring an energetic and target-driven Business Development Executive (Telesales) to handle outbound and inbound calls, generate leads, convert prospects into customers, and support business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads
Handle inbound calls and convert inquiries into sales
Explain products/services clearly and confidently over the phone
Understand customer requirements and offer suitable solutions
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Follow up with interested prospects and close deals
Required Skills & Qualifications
Any graduate
0-3 years of experience in telesales / tele calling / inside sales
Excellent verbal communication skills (English & Malayalam preferred)
Robust convincing and negotiation skills
Target-oriented with a positive attitude
Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure
Preferred Skills
Experience in education, or service industry
Familiarity with CRM tools and call management systems
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome
