Creative Head / Content Creator

About the Role
We are seeking a Creative Head / Content Creator who can lead our creative initiatives while actively contributing to content ideation and execution. This role requires a strong creative thinker who can develop engaging content concepts, guide the video team, and turn ideas into high-performing content across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the video editing and creative team.
- Develop content concepts, campaign ideas, and creative strategies.
- Create and review scripts, hooks, storyboards, and content briefs.
- Ensure high-quality execution of videos, reels, ads, and social media content.
- Work closely with marketing and leadership teams to align content with business goals.
- Stay updated on social media trends, audience behavior, and emerging content formats.
- Provide creative direction and feedback to editors, designers, and content creators.
- Manage content production timelines and deliverables.

Requirements





- 3+ years of experience in content creation, creative strategy, or creative leadership.
- Experience leading or coordinating creative/video teams.
- Strong understanding of short-form video content and social media platforms.
- Excellent storytelling, communication, and creative thinking skills.
- Rapid execution mindset and ability to thrive in a startup environment.
- Strong listening skills and openness to feedback.

Preferred

- Experience creating viral or high-engagement content.
- Knowledge of performance marketing creatives.
- Experience with D2C brands, agencies, media companies, or creator-led businesses.
