Position: Manager

Reports To: Chairman

Purpose of the Role: To oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization, ensure smooth administration, coordinate between departments, monitor staff performance, and support the Chairman in achieving institutional goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily operations and ensure productive functioning of all departments.
- Coordinate with department heads, staff, vendors, and external agencies.
- Monitor employee attendance, discipline, and performance.
- Prepare reports and present updates to the Chairman.
- Implement policies, procedures, and management decisions.
- Handle administrative issues and resolve operational challenges.
- Assist in budgeting, planning, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and organizational requirements.
- Monitor customer, student, parent, or stakeholder satisfaction, as applicable.
- Organize meetings, maintain records, and follow up on action items.
- Support recruitment, training, and staff development activities.
- Maintain confidentiality of organizational information.

Qualifications





- Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of administrative or managerial experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
