Roles and responsibilities:

-  1Manage information technology Infrastructure.
-  Plan, organize, control, and evaluate IT operations.
-  Design, develop, implement, and coordinate systems, policies and procedures.
-  Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems.
-  Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy.
-  Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time.
-  Audit systems and assess their outcomes.
-  Preserve IT assets, information security and control structures.
-  Handle annual IT budget and ensure cost effectiveness.

2) Required Skills:

-  Previous experience as an IT manager for 2 - 3 years and relevant experience for 8 - 10 years of Handling IT Infrastructure of Voice Process.
-  Hands-on experience with Servers, Desktops, Laptops & networks as, System or network administrator.
-  Vendor Management for IT Asset and internet link delivery.
-  Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Backup, Server Health Check & Maintenance.
-  Firewall & Cisco / Netgare network Switches configuration and troubleshooting
-  IT Clearance of off boarding Users.




-  IT asset allocation for on boarding employees. OS installation: - Win Server 2022 Standard, Win 7 Win 10 and 11.
-  MS outlook configuration, Outlook backup & restore and troubleshooting.
-  Disk Management, partitions.
-  Printer installation and troubleshooting
-  Antivirus update & virus protection
-  Scanner configuration & troubleshooting.
-  Troubleshooting of hardware and O/S.
-  Wireless Networking, Map drive, Data sharing.
-  TCP/IP Configuration, Internet Maintenance
-  Remote desktop and Remote assistance
-  User Profiles Backup and Restore.
-  Sharing folder, sharing device & Printer.
-  Knowledge Of Diallers like Ring Central, ViCi Dial will be add-on
